We purchased a washer and dryer from Lowe's in May of 2018. Washer leaked from day one.

Lowe's would not take it back. 18 months later, after spending hours and hours on the phone with LG still no resolution, plus the floor of my BRAND NEW HOUSE is torn up where the repairman keep pulling the machine out. LG DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Everything sent to LG gets flushed down some toilet somewhere.

They have "lost" so many reciets, statements from repairmen stating it is a manufactor's defect, etc. I will NEVER BUY LG AGAIN AND I WILL WARN EVERYBODY I CAN NOT TO!
