In June 2010, I purchased an LG air conditioner. Over the next 13 months, I used the unit for 5 months. Then it broke. I called LG. They provided terrible customer service and refused to make an exception on the limited warranty. Facing $275 in repairs, I decided to do this: http://vimeo.com/live432/sayonara

Later this week, I'm sending this philm to LG's customer service department, a few of their upper management execs, and blasting it all over the social sphere.

My qualm is based on principle, not reimbursement.
