LG provides worst customer ans an extended service service contract bought is not worth the paper it is written on. They are a part of GE.

DO NOT BUT LG PRODUCTS. We bought a refrigerator along with a service contract from Home Depot. We did not know at the time that LG was a part of GE or we would have never bought it. We called to get service on the refrigerator on 8-25 and were told it would be 9-12 before we could get a serice call.

Cost us $385.00 to get it fixed. We are pissed. We have to fix it as we are selling our house with the refrigerator in it.

The refrigerator we buy for our new home WILL NOT BE A LG.
