I bought a monitor, it came with a defective stand, Retailer suggested I should ask LG for a new one, their Customer support emails are robotic and look like they are just copied from a manual, live chat is ALWAYS offline, last time, I filled information, waited 45mns, and then suddenly, it goes offline... Phone support sucks too
That is just so annoying, This is the worst support I have ever had...
The email Customer service is USELESS, and honestly the worst I've gone through. Live chat is a decorating on their site, (I've tried morning afternoon and during the night...)
