TV was a gift for in-laws. TV picture went blank after 16 months of use.

Felt that LG could work with me to help out elderly in-laws on repair. Said they would pay but took over 2 months to get back to me and that was only because I kept calling. Said they call back but never would. By then I had TV repaired to please parents.

LG then refused to pay because not a authorized LG repair dealer. Repair dealer has been in business for over 40 yrs.

They knew TV was at repair dealer and said they would cover it. BUY SAMSUNG!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
