I bought an LG model 42LM640S and after setup I noticed visible backlight bleeding. I contacted support and first tech service arrogantly refused to came and the second one came and took it all the while saying it's normal.

Then they contacted me saying replacement or return isn't possible. They keep saying backlight bleeding is normal and not under warranty and they wont show me any kind of document that has info on backlight bleeding.

It isn't stated in any of the documents that came with the TV. So i'm stuck with a defected TV i am not content with.
