We've had this TV for just a little over a year and the screen completely blacked out. They did nothing to help out and every request to help us fixed was denied by the company.

This is not the first time I've heard about this happening so whatever you do DO NOT BUY LG TV's.

There are many better brands out there and this company does nothing to fix the problem

We have not moved this tv since we bought it so there should be no reason why a brand new TV blacked out. We even had a technician go to our home and help us find what was wrong and he is an LG Certified technician and said they have been having constant calls because iof the same exact issue with these kinds of TV's

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Lg tv, Customer service.
