Our 30 mo washer began making noise and smoking Aug 2017 and here we are nearly at 2018 with no repair. Given multiple dates when parts would be available, then when then arrived Dec 14 and repairman can on Dec 15, the wrong parts were sent.

Some person or computer changes the model from V to R, hence, the parts for another model were finally sent after 5 months. Several complaints to LG but to take the matter someone who could actually make a difference we were told to write "The Office of the President," of LG, which we did. Our letter was received Dec 5. We received a drop dead letter basically blaming the entire issue on the company that handles extended warrant repairs.

They failed to address why they could not provide parts in a timely fashion. Our requests for a replacement washer fell on deaf ears both at LG and Best Buy where the machine was purchased. We have complained to Best Buy, Pacific Sales, and LG. Best buy is the only company responding with a desire to satisfy a very disgruntled customer.

Repairman set to return Dec 21. We will see what happens then.

LG is the worst company to handle customer service issues. Avoid LG products!!!!!
