I bought the lg urbane 2 smartwatch and have not been able to receive makes calls just fine. I spent 2 hours with a Verizon wireless representative without anything being fixed although he was very helpful.

He spent an hour with Verizon tech support and went through 2 layers of support before turning to the LG rep.The LG representative was most unhelpful and after a few maneuvers gave up and said it might be the SIM card and gave up. They tried syncing the watch with the phone , then turning the watch off and restarting the watch which ended up with me losing all of my stored data.

This person wrote the review because of bad quality of lg electronics urbane w200 smartwatch from Lg Electronics. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $500 and wants Lg Electronics to offer any options to resolve the issue.
