I've called customer service and all I get is a *** person asking me if I did the basic stuff you do when your phone locks up and now I'm looking to become a part of that CLASS ACTION SUIT against LG. Even though they knew about it and didn't bother to fix it with a Update or sending out replacement units and so at this point doing far worst then Samsung did with the Galaxy Note 7 and I wouldn't mind a replacement as long as it isn't a LG G4 or LG v10 cause I went through this problem once already and find no reason to do anything as long as I get my Android back, I really like the LG V20.

I didn't like: Corporate offices do not answer phones, No in-store replacement, People in the lg support service do not know how to help anyone.
