We purchased a washer and dryer-- we are both Senior Citizens so do not use it alot. After having it for only 4 years the machine started having issues with being out of balance.
We had purchased a warranty - called the warranty company- they sent some one out- he said we needed a new clutch- took two weeks to get it. Technician installed new clutch, left our house said all is good. We cut on the machine -it was worse than before--called the service company back-- guy came back -said oops- had left some screws out after he put the clutch on-- worked on it - said all is good to go. Cut the machine on left the room came back water is everywhere-called service guy again-- came back oops- left screws out again- after FIVE visits machine is worse that when we started.
Finally got frustrated and called another company--they tell us machine is ruined - bad service repair-- SOOO now we have to buy another machine-- warranty company BUYS us out-- the BUY OUT will only cover HALF of the new machine!!!!!
We did not ruin the machine the WARRANTY COMPANY did!!!! This went on for over THREE MONTHS
