I removed the battery from my LG VX9200 (eNV3) cellphone. When I tried to replace the battery a tiny spring fell out and was lost.
I have contacted LG customer service several times to ask either that they send me a new spring, sell me a new spring, or help me contact the supplier of the spring. They refuse to send one out - they don't release "internal parts". The only thing they offered to do for me was to suggest that I send the phone in for repair at a cost of between forty and one hundred dollars., not including shipping costs.
Phones are supposed to be designed to have the battery removed and replaced when necessary but they refuse to do anything for me in spite of this obvious fact. I am continuing to pursue the matter, but if they continue as they have, I don't know how it will work out.
