I purchased a $3000 fridge last month and it came with two massive dents in the doors. I was told its not their problem and to call encompass.com to purchase new doors.
I called that company and had the second worst service I have ever encountered. I still have a dented fridge and can't even pay to replace it.
I was actually told by the sales rep in the big box store that LG has terrible service but didn't listen.
He told me not to buy a LG and I stupidly didn't listen. Never again will I buy a LG product.
Monetary Loss: $3000.
