Ordered the 55" Smart LG TV, after it arrived I took it out of the box and set it up. IT DID NOT WORK OUT OF THE BOX.

I had to deal with LG CS and they sent a repair man to my house after fighting with them for 20 days on the matter. Found out the main board was fried before it was installed! Now, 8 months later the Smart TV does not work, at all, again! I have been dealing with LG CS for 63 days or 45 business days and all they will do is give me the run around!

They will submit my case for replacement, I have two separate case numbers for this and someone never does.

I call LG every 2-3 days for an update on this and I am currently on hold with LG and we are going on holding for the past 42 minutes. I will replace every LG electronic/appliance in my home and NEVER deal with this company again.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $2200.

Preferred solution: I believe they need to replace the defective product with a new item of exact or better..
