My washer broke after 10 loads. I live in a rural area and no repair tech would come to my home to repair under warranty. LG customer service was absolutely zero help so I got my hands on a service manual and diagnosed the problem -- a defective circuit board. I bought a new one online (LG Original Equipment) and installed it and everything works (for now). Do you think I could get LG to replace the defective board or to reimburse me for the part I had to buy? After all I saved them time and money... all it would take to keep a customer happy would be to replace a board that is clearly defective and in warranty. Last time I ever think LG...

Funny thing is that my neighbor warned me about LG and I didn't listen.
