Plastic knobs on my LG stove were wrapped in stainless steel paper that wrinkled and are now peeling off. Customer service was not helpful at all, they promised three different times to send me out a new set.

Never received them, not happy. I have started to e-mail and make calls to corporate on the bad customer service and product. I will continue to inform the public of the bad service I received. If you say your going to deliver you should keep your word.

Or don't make promises you don't plan to keep.

I no longer feel good about LG.
