My micro wave stopped working and is under extended warranty. Three time the technician came but could not do anything.
I was told to contact the incharge who is a rough type of a person and rudely told me to bring it to the workshop. She also told me to read terms and conditions which I did and the name and address of the workshop was not mentioned.
I have been getting calls from Lg .On 9th I got a call from Goa servicing centre and the male voice spoke to me very rudely and roughly which I object. I also feel that Lg has cheated me with extended warranty and that I should in future not opt Lg for any product to buy.
