I bought a brand new LG microwave December 2017. It totally quit working in March.

This is May and I still cant get anyone at LG to help get a new one or fix the trash I have. I am so mad. They wont call - service repair centers wont call back or I am out of the service area. Customer service and management say the same thing they are working on it.

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Never buy LG

I just want this resolved and no one is willing to help. You call and each customer service person (a different one every time you call) gives the same speech. But in the end no one can help.

Not even managers. They give you the same speech and nothing gets done.

I didn't like: Product quite working after 3 months.
