23 days after I bought the phone error messages started to pop up and I called customer service and they said I had to send it back to them to be repaired. It has been In Repair for a week.
I use work for a technology company and it was 1-2 business days. Granted we catered to business clients but even still you could send a refurb to replace the phone that died.
LG informed me today when I called that it takes two weeks to get your phone back. They probably figure that if they drag their feet in getting it fix I will give up and buy another phone.
