I have had a fridge that was diagnosed faulty by an LG technician, then it was said that i should get a new fridge since the LG knows of the problem. Now it's been almost a year since i was sent from pillar to post, at one stage LG told me it's not their problem to assist me but they will do me a favour, till now nothing is happening my emails are ignored. my Ref: DRE110216270346
I hope that you will be able to assist me in this regard as i am now pissed off for real, i mean i'm suffering because of a product that i'd loved so much, now it has turned into a nightmare and my warranty is going
