Bought a LG LFXC 24726S 25 months ago at Best Buy for $2,880 and Problems after Problems. Now not cooling, freezer temp at 32F.
Trying to get somebody at LG helpline: 5 tries with waiting of more than 15 minutes. Ridiculous. Will contact Best Buy if the can help or if they take this Piece of garbage back // The same Problems with our LG fridge in Germany. Customer oriented Service: Forget it.
If I Research LG Review I find out I'm not the only one with LG products. // When I reached after waiting time of 20 minutes they told me I've opened the fridge to often. Stupid.
We are a 2-person Family and use the fridge just normal.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2800.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Customer service does not care and does not help, Unreliable product nonexistent customer service, Bad customer service and not working fridge.
