Lg Electronics in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey - LG G4 on my third phone. LG loop defect and lost my photos and contacts
I am now on my third LG G4. Broke down with the LG Loop fault 4 months ago and I lost my photos and contacts. Now the new phone LG replaced it with (LG G4) did the same thing and I lost all my photos and contacts again. Sprint is replacing this time. They offered me a less expensive HTC because they said they can't guarantee the LG G4 won't break down again. LG should offer a discount on a different comparable model instead of replacing faulty phones. As much as I like the LG G4; not sure I want to invest in another LG unless LG can offer me something for all the headaches

My lg 3 phone died a few months ago.While using it it just died, motherboard blew. No recovering what i had stored locally on the phone. I only had the phone for 17 months. Verizon couldn't fix it. I had to buy out the phone and buy a new one. It was saying sim card...

Lg Electronics - Cell Phone Review from Hammonton, New Jersey
Lg g4, bought in September. So far twice refurbished, 2 new sim cards. Contacted LG and they told me to send my phone in with no replacement. As it is my only phone this makes no logical sense. Asked to speak with corporate, they said that they didnt have those numbers. (Even,Comcast does). Call the us headquarters who just transfered me to their 1800 number. Horrible company, even worse service, and the worst products.

Same here LG G3 with verizon sent for repair came back as non repairable and it was missing screws!! complaints have been unresolved we need to file a class action against these idiots
