Lg Electronics in Syracuse, New York - NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LG!

Their products break down and they refuse to fix them even under warranty. I've been trying for 4 months to get an AC that was less than 1 year old and only used for 2 months fixed. This company is a joke. I gave them everything they asked for - here's the new catch: your receipt from Walmart doesn't have the model number on it so we can't replace it. This B.S. after 4 months of customer service (NOT!) and 5 case numbers. The repair place they sent me to won't fix the unit and now LG won't replace it. I've never had such a RIDICULOUS experience in my entire life.

I have an LG fridge and call them for service, they decided to sell me the extended warranty then send someone down to look at my fridge and realized that the parts is discontinue. Now telling me they will refund my money -100 for the diagnosed fee which the agreement over the phone was " we will cover all that needs to be fixed on your fridge" now i have to be charge with 100 because they can't fix my fridge? i had to be on hold 3hrs and end up being hang up on 3 times. i can't believe this is service?? this is like oh i'll take your money and now we cant fix it .. i'll rob you and everything will be find???

Lg Electronics - Repair Review from Westbury, New York

I had a repair service scheduled and the repair guy did not show up. I called costumer service after the repair guy didn't show and I was told that he had called in sick. They also told me that there was no one else that can take his spot and that I had to wait another 3 days for repair service. I had paid some one to stay at my house and the guy didn't show. Your company did not have a curtesy to call me and let me know the guy cancelled. I was discusted and appalled bu your company.

Lg Electronics in Forest Hills, New York - LG TERRIBLE REPAIR SERVICE!!

This has been the worst experience I've had in my entire LIFE in regards to phone repair. It has been over TWO WEEKS since I sent my phone to LG. THEY NEVER gave me a shipping label, then when I spent my $23 to send it next day, it was picked up (signed for) and not looked at until 2 days later! NOTHING was fixed under warranty and I immediately am paying more money after outright purchasing this $700 phone! i am appalled and so disappointed I chose to buy this LG product. I should have stuck with samsung, their customer service was never this poor...but I'm stuck with an OK phone from a company with HORRIBLE repair service. This has made such a negative impact on my employment and education because I cannot be contacted or reach out when I need to. You guys could've at least sent the phone back priority mail. BUT NOPE! its traveling ground from Texas to NY!!! i cant believe this. I feel like I've gone back 15 years with this service, PLEASE BE WARNED PEOPLE

Lg Electronics in Buffalo, New York - LG3 Phone

An LG3 phone was taken off the charger mid November 2015. It started on fire, melting and burning our hardwood floor in 6 separate locations and nearly starting the house on fire had it been 6" closer to our bedding. That was 4 months ago, LG has a middleman in NJ who stalls you. I January I got a message from LGE who simply said it is in our legal department and it'll take 2 months! NOT WE ARE SORRY AND WILL DO ANYTHING WE CAN TO HELP YOU AND PREVENT THIS HAPPENING AGAIN TO ANYONE. I get more aggravated by the day as I continue to look at the near catastrophic remains on our floor. Finally contacting the AG and a lawyer. No more LG anything

I bought the lg urbane 2 smartwatch and have not been able to receive calls.it makes calls just fine. I spent 2 hours with a Verizon wireless representative without anything being fixed although he was very helpful. He spent an hour with Verizon tech support and went through 2 layers of support before turning to the LG rep.The LG representative was most unhelpful and after a few maneuvers gave up and said it might be the SIM card and gave up. They tried syncing the watch with the phone , then turning the watch off and restarting the watch which ended up with me losing all of my stored data.
