Rather hard to follow what you are attempting to communicate to us, although it appears you charged a phone, it didn't work and you returned it; and when they delayed refunding your money you failed to immediately file a dispute. Something like that. Perhaps a crash English composition course would be helpful for future posts?

I purchased a phone in august i was told i qualified for 100.00 rebate since thst time i have spoken with your customer service reps with no resolution. The superbisores never return calls nor do they take calls the reps just say call back. I cannot believe the lack of customer service and respect you deliver to your customers. I will make sure i share this experience with every potential customer. Nobody should have to endure this bad service. Just a note i have on hold now 1/12 hours waiting for a supervisor

Was looking to upgrade my old phone and cell provider was having a sale.So I thought I would give LG a try. Nice looking phone. Specs seemed ok for what I was looking for at the moment. The problem was the phone comes with so many apps preloaded that they take up most of the memory. Was able to uninstall a few, but can only delete data on others NOT uninstall so the memory is not freed up. Now if I try to add an app, all I see is low memory, install failed.Even worse is, if u want to update an app, you can't because you don't have enough memory or you have to delete an app you added so you can update an old one.Even moving the app to SD card is no help. :-( Totally disappointed. Will never recommend or buy an LG phone again.

So which phone did you have? The new LG Ultimate 2 has 8 GB with maybe 4.8 available, so I am told, which is an improvement from the 4 GB with maybe .8 free. Which phone are you reviewing?

My galaxy 4 has 1/3 of my total memory full of bloatware. I have used an app in the past that told me which ones could be uninstalled.

I wouldn't know on my own. When I removed the Google books then I wasn't able to play the Bible which was an app of choice. However from my experience after removing updates then I had to force stop. It always warns it may cause other apps to misbehave and it does.

I didn't know about rooting until I read the other comment. IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE THE OWNERS CHOICE AS TO WHAT WE PUT ON OUR PHONES.

most phones are like this. you gotta be extra careful these days.

don't fall for the highlighted or noted features as many people get suckered in by them and don't bother to realize that a good portion of the memory is eaten up by the preloaded apps.

I suggest buying one and getting it rooted so you can have full control over it. that's what I plan to do on my next upgrade.

so much memory + space is taken up by ***/bloatware that it makes your head spin. Ive seen unlocked/rooted phones with so much free space/memory that it too makes your head spin realizing how much space these companies waste putting the programs on the phones in the first place.

I sent my phone. By Over night shipping spent $20.00 to make sure it go there fast so I would have my cell back in 7 days as the customer Rep said. It is now the 5th day and I called LG They said that the phone hasn't arrive to the shipping location! WHAT?! This REP said they send it to another facility to be repaired my phone has been there for 5 days and it hasn't been repaired!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! I extra money to make sure my phone.get done in the promised time then you tell me it will take an EXTRA week!!! They have no communication with technicians!!! WHAT ARE THEY DOING OVER THERE AT LG!! These people lie and make you spend extra money!!! For no darn reason!! They have no answer for anything!! ALL THEY KNOW HOW TO SAY IS IM SORRY M'am and blame it on everyone else!!

Lg Electronics in New York, New York - LG won't help with problem they caused.

I removed the battery from my LG VX9200 (eNV3) cellphone. When I tried to replace the battery a tiny spring fell out and was lost. I have contacted LG customer service several times to ask either that they send me a new spring, sell me a new spring, or help me contact the supplier of the spring. They refuse to send one out - they don't release "internal parts". The only thing they offered to do for me was to suggest that I send the phone in for repair at a cost of between forty and one hundred dollars., not including shipping costs. Phones are supposed to be designed to have the battery removed and replaced when necessary but they refuse to do anything for me in spite of this obvious fact. I am continuing to pursue the matter, but if they continue as they have, I don't know how it will work out.
