BAD Experience with First purchase of LG product
I want to purchase a LED 3D TV. I have a lot of options in market but Due to its reputation and market share and care of customer i preferred LG and buy a LED 3D TV but my experience with LG is not good and face a lot of problem regarding Customer care services in Pakistan which shakes my trust towards LG products and customer care.
In May 2012 during my visit of Europe i bought a 3D LED TV modal 42LW4500 with Serial No. 201WRFS1G683 from Germany with 2 years warranty and installed it in my home at DHA Lahore Pakistan (when came back in August 12) LED worked properly in first 6 days but i was shocked when found display problem in above mentioned LED with in a week it disappoint me the reliability of LG Product. Any how I take it to LG Service center named as MEGA SERVICE CENTER 31/10 -B Abu Bakar Block New Garden Town, ferozepur road Lahore Pakistan for rectification of display problem but first they refused to check it and said they have a lot of work burden in these days and asked me to come later. I take it back to home.I again approach them after 2 weeks and asked to repair it. They received it and informed me that this LED shall not be repair under warranty and will charge me. I even agreed and said to repair it. They said that they will repair and inform me very soon but after 2 months the status of my LED is still same. I called them again and again for LED but there answer is same that the repair of LED is under pipe line and call me when repair. The detail of receipt which they gave me are as under
