Bought a 2700 dollar french door refrigerator. Makes ice, you can hear it, but won't release.

Countless phone calls and even an attempt a blue tooth reset. No repair persons in area. One number, guy said he hasn't worked on LG in over a year. Other number was 350 miles away.

Final resolution is they are going to replace unit. They'll call on Friday. Another day put on hold because of their gross inefficiency. There is noi more chance.

If it doesn't work properly, give me my money back. I expect LG to process my issue as fast as they took my money
