Once out of warranty my LAS551H sound bar volume went to zero and, although the buttons and remote work for all other functions, nothing will increase the volume.
I contacted customer service and they told me to take it to Northern Electronics for repair (at my cost of course). I contacted them ahead of a 40 min drive and was told they do not do repairs to these units.
Never again for LG ... for anything!
Meanwhile I have bought a Sony replacement from Best Buy. This time I paid extra for Geek Squad insurance. Wish I had done that for the LG, but I didn't know about their dodgy products or cavalier customer service.
