We bought our LG refrigerator in November 2016 and the ice maker stopped working mid March 2017. We called LG and had to wait until April 8, 2017 for a service call from a company called A&E.

The repairman was supposed to at our home between 1-5. At 4:30 we called the company to be told that he was still coming. At 5:20 I called back only to be told that he would not be coming. I called LG on numerous occasions and was told they would be back to with 3-5 to reschedule which of course they did not.

Called again and got someone who could barely speak English, asked for a supervisor and was left on hold for 25 minutes. Hung and called back to be told we would be scheduled in 3-5 days. We got another appointment for today, April 19, 2017 between 8-12. Guess what, unfortunately they will not be able to be here.

Rescheduled for April 27, 2017 between 8-12. What are the odds that appointment will be kept.

Never have such poor service. Will never purchase another LG product.
