i have a 55 inch smart tv that we bought in April 2016 we have had the mother board replaced in june 2016. with only to have to contact them again in aug for the tv that just not shuts off when ever it wants to. contacted them on aug 5 and they said that someone would come out and fix it well no one showed called LG back on aug 23 for them to send someone else to come out and fix it.... wellll AGAIN no one showed or called. when i called LG back on aug 27 to find out what was going on they said they where gonna replace it or give us the money that we paid for it back. contacted them today sept 14 to find out there is nothing they can do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i call BS this tv has been down more than it has worked and for them to say we will fix it over and over and will not replace is BS i will never buy another LG tv again !!!! oh and the best part is that they are saying on aug 5 we refused serivce hahah yah okay good try and they where super rude to me and my husband im done

Lg Electronics - 55lm7600 Tv Review from Pilot Mountain, North Carolina

My LG TV is just shy of 4 years old. Bought using 24 months same as cash since it cost $1600. Before I even had it paid off... it stopped working. Had purchased extended warranty so the TV got repaired. So here I am again, same problem, TV stopped working and am told will cost 3 to $400 for repairs. Have read hundreds of other complaints similar to mine....LG TV's SUCK and we are getting NO satisfaction whatsoever!!!

When I got the refrigerator, I was very frustrated to learn that the shelves are not adjustable at all! I called 800-243-0000 and got absolutely no help at all. The supervisor there LeAnne, at extension 10262 was very incompetent and didn’t know anything about the product. Furthermore, she told me to exchange the refrigerator with Sears. (This is not something I want to even contemplate given the problems I had getting the refrigerator from Sears. First they double billed me for this one refrigerator. Then they delayed the shipment a whole month, when they said they had 4 in stock at the time I purchased it, so I had no refrigerator for a month. If that wasn’t enough, they installed it incorrectly, and flooded my kitchen. So you can see why I don’t want to go through that channel again.) I told LeAnne what a fiasco Sears was. I said that she could give me a rebate or something for my inconvenience. She said LG doesn’t give rebates, which is incorrect, because LG has a $400 rebate going on right now. I asked LeAnne if she could give me her manager’s name. She said she couldn’t. I am so frustrated about this. LG clearly, incorrectly states that the fridge has adjustable shelves, which it clearly doesn’t. That is false advertising. Furthermore, LG apparently doesn’t own up to it’s mistakes (based on my conversation with supervisor LeAnne), nor does LG care about it’s customers.

called LG on a code eF on my lg front load washer.they informed me it was a water inlet valve so I purchased one from LG . This did not fix the problem. I called back and they changed the diagnoses they said it was a thermoster, yes thermoster not thermostat. I purchased one from LG. It also didn't fix it. I was a stopped up hose going to the tub with a sensor in it. They admitted the bad advice but would not give a refund on the part.will not shop LG again,nor refere them to my friends

Lg Electronics in Hayesville, North Carolina - Lcd board went bad after 4 months, took month and half for them to fix

one morning we had a green line down the middle of the tv. We called LG and they took 2 weeks to get someone to fix it and now another 2 weeks to be told that the part will not be in til the end of the month. We will have been without it for over 6 weeks and they refuse to replace the tv. All LG seems to care about is fixing at what ever expense to consumer at the consumers inconvenience at cost. I have expressed to them that I feel the tv is a lemon and that we would like to have it replaced and also that it is a complete inconvenience to have spent a thousand dollars on a tv and be without it for that long after only 4 months. I would not recommend LG>

Lg Electronics in Mooresville, North Carolina - LG LMH2016SB MICROWAVE REPEAT FAILURES

In late December 2012, I purchased a LG Microwave on line. It was delivered on Dec. 30th, and installed on Dec 31st. When the factory box was opened, there was a streak on the door, probably from some sort of chemical at the factory which etched the glass. When we plugged the unit in after installation, the internal fan and lite came on, and could not be turned off. I called customer service, and was told that since it was the holidays, it would be 7 to 10 days before they could provide me with the names of repair facilities that I could contact for warranty repairs. After this period of time, no one had called back, so I called them again. I was given the names and numbers of 2 repair companies who when I contacted them said that they did not service the area where I live (Mooresville NC, a Charlotte suburb). Another call, and this time after repeated delays, I was given the name of a local service to call. Of course since it was just after the Holidays, the were behind, and I had to wait even longer. When they did come out, they checked the Microwave and said they had to get parts from LG, a new door, new door switches, and a new circuit board. More days went by, and finally the parts came in, and an appointment was made. All the parts were installed, and when he plugged the unit back in, guess what, the same problem as before. Now we needed a humidity sensor, so more parts ordered. When sensor came in, they returned and removed and disassembled the unit to install the sensor. As I observed the technician making the repairs, I asked him if was going to check the obviously mis connected wire on the top of the oven. After installing the sensor and repairing the wire connection, the unit worked after 30 days of trying to get it fixed. All was well until September 2012, then the unit stopped cooking, no turntable operation, no internal fan, display showed it was coking, but it was not. This time, the technician had to install another door switch assembly, of course it had to be ordered. Now, on December 30, 2012, same symptoms as September. This time the door switch did not fix it, so more parts are on order. The repair technician said that maybe LG would just replace the unit after all these repairs, but no, they just want to try and fix it again. What a joke!! I know that LG has spent MUCH MORE on parts and labor than a new unit would have cost them, but they have refused to replace this unit since day one!! When I have tried to write a review on the LG web site, they reject the review as not 'MEETING THEIR GUIDELINES" When LG sent me an online product survey which they said would take about ten minutes, I answered the first question "WOULD YOU RECCOMEND THIS PRODUCT TO A FRIEND" NO, and the survey abruptly ended. NO WONDER THEIR WEB SITE PRODUCT REVIEWS LOOK SO GOOD, THEY REJECT ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS. When I discussed this with a customer service advisor and asked a member of LG Management to contact me about this fraudulent practice of rejecting legitimate reviews, I got NO RESPONSE! OBVIOUSLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEIR ACTIONS REGARDING CUSTOMER SURVEYS AND ON LINE REVIEWS BORDERS ON FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. While this defective product may be an exception, their extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is not.
