I called 800-243-0000 with a simple request for an answer to the question "what is the gold rectangular icon on SOME of my contacts in my contact list"
. The Tech wanted my IMEI number, whether I was pre-paid, and other seemingly asinine information.
All the time taking an ungodly amount of time. I also suggested that the internet said that there was usually a icon glossary, and that I couldn't find that via a menu button. Anyway, the call was a waste of time.
I have stated my complaint, and do not understand why I need 100 words to say what I wanted to say. So now how many more words do I need.
