We purchased a top loader washer and when it arrived there was a leak in the bottom of the washer, so I like anyone else called customer service, only to find after several days, that they do not service our area, NOWHERE in their sales pitch (advertising) is this disclaimer ever made. They take your money but the *** with the warranty!!

Consumer Fraud. I found it very interesting that the company that sold us the product (US Appliance) called and attempted to help, not these bastards at LG.

This only lasted several weeks and a new broken washer. If this puts them as a leader, make sure you do not live in the country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't like: There was no experience since we never hearf from them.
