Lg Electronics - Not receiving customer service if that's what you want to call it! Receiving simple information on product features apparently is impossible!
I have tried desperately to get information as to how all the features on my 47 inch TV work. The 3d features in particular.
I was on the phone with 4 different customer service representative this morning and 2 product specialist, if that's what you want to call them, the total time exceeded two and a half hours. in all that time and with all of those conversations I never received even one answer to any of my questions!
all I wanted to know is what is the purpose of the icons that appear on the screen when you turn on the 3d feature.not only could I not find someone that could tell me but I could not find anyone that could even look it up. I found one of the people that I was talking to extremely rude.
This is not customer service.this isindicative of customer service across the country. I probably should say across the world.
