We are having the same problem with LG. They have terrible customer service.

We can't even get an appointment. They NEVER call back. Been waiting 2 weeks now.

Horrible Horrible Company. I won't be buying another LG product.

I bought an LG top load washing machine and I noticed it started rusting around the bleach dispenser. I contacted LG and they said it wasn't their problem. It started getting worse and I was able to find a replacement for $140.00. Thank God I was able to replace it and my boyfriend installed it. I believe LG should reimburse me the $140. They have had numerous complaints about this particular model rusting around the bleach dispenser and have done nothing. When replacing the old one, we found it was rusting underneath. Poor appliance, horrible customer service and horrible company.

I have had many tvs die from tuner not working, for very little you can buy a set top box, make sure they receive HD signals, try looking recycle yards, and Tv will still be usable.

After seven months my tv quite working, I'm going on four weeks and they have yet to fix it. keep getting run around from LG warranty. I Have had two different service companies, the first refused the work order and had I not called several times this would have not been discovered. I Was given a bogus date for the second service tech by LG. My parts were "damaged" during shipping and was told, it will be another week. Called LG again , they said" we will fix it when we fix it". The guy I spoke to from LG was very brash and didn't care if My V got fixed in a timely manner.

LG is probably the worst company I've ever the opportunity to deal with. My phone caught fire while charging on the ORIGINAL charger provided by the company when I purchased my phone two months ago. I've had to send my phone in to them twice now to fix the issue as it is still under warranty until November. The first time they did not fix the issue, the screen wouldn't turn on, and instead gave me a new battery and charger. Talked to them again and sent the phone in a second time only for them to tell me that they mysteriously found water damage and it voided the warranty. However I never touched the phone when I got it back the first time other than putting the battery in and attempting to turn it on. So, because they caused the damage I cannot get a replacement phone. Not to mention customer service hung up on me twice when explaining this to them. I'm never buying from them again!

TV was a gift for in-laws. TV picture went blank after 16 months of use. Felt that LG could work with me to help out elderly in-laws on repair. Said they would pay but took over 2 months to get back to me and that was only because I kept calling. Said they call back but never would. By then I had TV repaired to please parents. LG then refused to pay because not a authorized LG repair dealer. Repair dealer has been in business for over 40 yrs. They knew TV was at repair dealer and said they would cover it. BUY SAMSUNG!

My LG refrigerator/freezer had a defective compressor while under warranty. The factory shipped a new compressor that turned out to be defective. They would not overnight a new one so this repair will take two weeks to complete. I will have spent over 300 hundred dollars on dry ice to save the food in my freezer. LG, like Honey Badger, don't care. DONE WITH LG Nothing I said would change their minds and they kept me on the phone for over an hour while they discussed this problem. LG sent a broken compressor. I feel they should take responsibility and get me a new part ASAP.
