I'm in my 3rd. go round with L G about an oven that doesn't heat.

The range was exactly 3 yrs. old when it quit on Nov.21. Since then my oven has worked for 2 mos. and 8 days until 5/4/2018.

My 1st. problem was finding a service that would work on it. I finally called LG and it took them 1 1/2 wks. to get back to me with a factory authorized repair service.

They have replaced the same part twice and it still has the same problem. Waiting to hear what they propose to try to appease me! I owned and ran an appliance sales and service business for 30 yrs.

so I have a good idea of how problems with the manufacturer usually go .I don't think LG gives a lick. The repairman seemed competent but there is obviously something causing the board to go bad.

This is why you buy a basic, no-frills appliance and when it starts giving you problems, you buy another to replace it. Just dump the thing and buy a different brand.
