We have some speaker issues with our LG LCD television, compalints were lodged on evenining of 18th April 2013 and they committed that the technician will be at our doorsteps within 24 Hrs, this never happened and since then we are following up on daily basis. We have got 2 complaint no's for the same issue which is RNA 130418090784 lodged on 18th April and another one on 23rd April 2013 as RNA 130423022102.

Everytime the excuse was same their Engineer will get in touch with us 1 Hr prior to visiting us and all this will be done within 24 Hrs. Today on 24th April out of frustration i raised my voice to the call center executive about this fooling around by their team she gave me a number of some Truptikant Swain - 9920485513 saying he is the Service center supervisor and can assist. Now this *** is not ready to anwer calls itself.

This is really annoying from a manufacturer like LG and has really upset us with our decision of buyin LG rather than Samsung. Someone pls guide.

Monetary Loss: $500.
