I bought a LG Microwave Oven (LMVM2033) in May 2018. Turns out it was manufactured in August 2017.

I complained to Lowes where I purchased it about it getting so hot that you can't touch the handle. They sent a tech out finally 4 months later after me begging them that something was wrong and he says nothing was wrong. Six months passed and the handle has burned off, and the screen cracked, and when I called Lowes put me off on the dealer (LG) of course. I called LG customer service in October and they have been giving me the run around every since after 6 calls, saying the technician has not called to answer their questions.

Every time I ask to speak with manager there is no effort to help and they say the same thing. Well I am tired if the run around and decided to warn as many as possible. Do not buy this problem! LG needs to stick with TVs!

And their customer service is way below par. They don't care about customer!!!!

I will never buy another LG or shop at Lowes!!!! Screw them!!!
