I purchased an LG Range in 2015. I love the range and it works really good.

The problem is that just after 2018 the handle and the part the handle is attached to started turning pink. I contacted LG and submitted a copy of the receipt, invoice and pictures of my range that has turned pink.

After getting the run around 4 times I talked to a supervisor who informed me that as long as the range is working they do not fix cosmetic issues. So I told them that I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, (which I did), consumer complaints, and I would also post it on my Facebook page as well so everyone would know not to purchase from LG.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
