i have a 55 inch smart tv that we bought in April 2016 we have had the mother board replaced in june 2016. with only to have to contact them again in aug for the tv that just not shuts off when ever it wants to.
contacted them on aug 5 and they said that someone would come out and fix it well no one showed called LG back on aug 23 for them to send someone else to come out and fix it.... wellll AGAIN no one showed or called. when i called LG back on aug 27 to find out what was going on they said they where gonna replace it or give us the money that we paid for it back. contacted them today sept 14 to find out there is nothing they can do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i call BS this tv has been down more than it has worked and for them to say we will fix it over and over and will not replace is BS i will never buy another LG tv again !!!! oh and the best part is that they are saying on aug 5 we refused serivce hahah yah okay good try and they where super rude to me and my husband im done
amandahark wrote the review because of bad quality at Lg Electronics. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $1200 and wants Lg Electronics to issue a full refund.
The most disappointing in user's experience was just hate lg. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
