i have a LG doubledoor refrigerator since 2005 in 2009 it got faulty & your 123 service helped us in time to restore the product. but this time i am disappointed with the service.
on 31 July 2012 i had registered a complaint vide RNA 120731029409 and the service engr reported on 01 Aug, he told that the compressor has got faulty and it has to come from Gwahati and he will have it replaced by 03 Aug2012.Today morning by 11 Am i checked up with him and he confirmed that the compressor has come and by the evening it will be fitted .But to my surprise nobody has come to do the needful. please help as till this time no one has come despite of repeated requests they say nothing regarding restoration of complaint and harrass the customer. even today morning when contacted the service engr he gave another number to contact .Again we contacted the new number but the same disintrested reply was recd .again we contacted the customer care and they in turn gave another number of some Mr Mohanta. we contacted Mr mohanta but the phone was picked up by some Female and she in turn told to contact area manager and gave another number.
Now i am fed up with Lg and their products and would recommend to my family and friends not to go for LG products. I have two small kids and elderly parents to take care of and such irresponsible attitude from customercare executives and their team is not warrented
