I have lodged a complaint (C1053118057) with LG for following matter.

I purchased a washing machine from LG Dealer on 30th May which didn't work at all. They sent a surveyor who found some problem with power system and as such I asked to replace the product.

They said it will be done soon. After this there was no call from LG. Whenever I tried to call, either the phone was off or it was never picked up. I found contact of call centre from web and called them and some how, after 10 days, reached the concerned person who said the product is not in stock and so select a different one.

I selected new one which was to be shipped in a day or two. But again there was a break. When I contacted the person he said the new product has a dent(as if they had only one). He promised to send a new one in two days time but again no call for 5 days.

When I called (17th day) the person said I will call back in morning. There was no call and when I called he doesn't pick up the phone.

Monetary Loss: $180.
