I purchased an LG french door refrigerator about 2 years ago. I loved it.

This week it stopped working. Trying to get it repaired through the LG Executive Team has been a nightmare. I waited three days to get someone out here they recommended. The first repair person could not fix it.

By this time I have had to throw out everything in the fridge and freezer. After keeping me on hold for 30 minutes today they gave me a phone number for another service company. There's no answer so I left a message, but with sinking hope that I will get a call today as it is already almost 5pm. I need this fixed ASAP as I am moving next week, so I call LG again and get left on hold again for another 20-30minutes.

All I get from the "executive team" are apologies, but no service. No repair. No compensation for loss due to their slow response time.

Wasted time. I will never recommend LG to anyone after this experience.

Amen to you. I've had similar issues with customer service I had my refigerator for3 weeks before the trouble started.

They don't seem to after they make the sale. I too won't recommend either.
