Purchased high end front load washer on 5/14. In a year and 2 month we needed our first repair.

After another year and 7 months we needed Another repair. Customer service said the repair would be complimentary and when the Technician came he said he would only fix if I paid. Ridiculous but what are you going to do with a wife and 3 kids ??? So i paid and now it is making the same knocking noise and when I called of course they give you the same BS "well sir it is out of the warranty period...." I just want a washer that works ......that is why i purchased one of the more expensive washers.

LG can see in the notes the issues I have had and they will not make it right..... They changed their customer service policies a year ago and that just happened to coincide with a huge profit last year. Well done LG.

Preferred solution: I want a washer that works for my family........this one does not. LG got the money and I got Screwed..
