Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

LG was to EVEN exchange a range, they sent us NOT THE SAME, we had self clean & conventional, they gave us EASY CLEAN & NOT conventional, this issue has been going on for a very long time. They will not return calls, so I emailed pissed consumer to complain.

I do not want a refund I WANT what was promised. Old range model #LRG3081ST, range they "exchanged" model #LFG3061ST100, did not receive what was promised. Range purchased at Best Buy in Brentwood, MO. Been dealing with this through LG, they are of no help.

Their is NOTHING wrong with the one they gave us, but we want a range that is SELF CLEAN & CONVENTIONAL, THAT WAS PROMISED. LG said the only difference was the middle burner would be oval and not round, we told LG we did not care about that, well that was NOT TRUE on LG's part.
