Refrigerator is less than two years old and cost over 4,000.00 dollars. Problem began five days ago with cooling, contacted LG and Costco, they required me to go back to LG.

Spoke to them and they approved a company to repair it. Contacted Video Repair, they required receipts be sent to them so they could be approved by LG. Since then I am waiting for approval from LG. I have called customer service five times, emailed them, contacted helpline and no one will proceed to help.

The customer service department is incompetent and will never buy another LG product.

This is a scam of some sort and LG is leading the way. They are a lousy company with poor management.
