Of all the companies I have ever dealt with, I have never experienced the level of extraordinarily terrible customer support that I have with LG. After four years dealing with this complete lemon of a refrigerator - including visits from multiple service technicians, at least ten live chat sessions (most of which ended with the representative just disappearing), several hours on the phone, several refrigerator/freezers worth of food going to waste, and being told today that there are no options available to me other than to continue having technicians come out - Im sooooo done with LG. There is no chance in *** that I will ever (intentionally) purchase another LG product as long as I live. ----- Note: The refrigerator had great reviews when we bought it. It wasn't until after it had been on the market for about six months that people started having issues. User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs!

I feel your frustration with this company. Having issues with my < 5 years refrigerator, which is under extended warranty. I emailed the president of customer service, let's see what customer care I will get.

Cordless stick vacuum was advertised at the promotion offer with: 30% off at checkout and you also will get a free Total Care Kit. I received only vacuum but never Total Care Kit. I was told that I had to put it at checkout otherwise I'm not entitled to get it and they refused to ship it to me. The add was never mentioned this condition, only the main item with 30% promo code shall be added.

User's recommendation: Be careful with LG Electronics promotion offers.

I should not have to purchase a new computer because the battery is failing.

LG Gram 15Z90N-R.AAS8U1 - Serial # 003NZTS008353 I purchased my LG Gram laptop three years ago and the battery is starting to fail. 1) I called LG support, and they gave me the battery part # EAC6461**** and referred me to lgparts.com (aka encompass). 2) I purchased the battery from lgparts.com/en using the part number given. 3) When I installed the battery it would not charge. 4) I then called encompass, and they said the original battery is no longer available, but LG showed part# EAC6461**** as a substitute - but it obviously doesn't work. They are refunding my money - but I need a battery. 5) I then called LG Support today 5/16 a 9:00 am CST and was told that since it's out of warranty, there is no solution as LG does not sell batteries separately. I was advised to either buy a new computer or search Google to see if I can find the old part, or take it to a local service technician - for which they had on reference. 6) I asked to speak to a manager because I just don't believe LG would hang me out to dry. - However, a manager never came on the line. I really need some help replacing a failing battery. I should not have to purchase a new computer because the battery is failing.
