Lg Electronics - LG Phone Repair

Yikes your customer service looks bad. I would agree my wife was having a problem with her LG phone turning off. It was under warranty so it was sent in. Her carrier was Virgin and you reset the phone and defaulted the carrier to Boost. So we get the phone back and can not even use it because of the changes you made. You told us to send it back for correction. It has now been sent back 4 times and you have yet to set her phone up with the correct carrier. She has not had a phone for 7 weeks. we have called the Philippine call center 23 times and have been told a supervisor would call us back 7 times and have yet to talk to one.

Lg Electronics - Puchase of LG Smart Tv was a big mistake

I purchased a 50 inch LG Smart Tv less than 2 1/2 years ago, and it has already broken!!!! You would expect a brand new tv to last longer than 2 1/2 years. I believe that the definition of a truly bad tv, is when you can't turn the tv on. If you can't even turn it on, that says a lot about its construction. I am truly disappointed, and regret that I purchased the LG Smart tv. If you decide to purchase an LG Smart tv, my advice to you is to purchase the warranty, or risk losing a lot of money. This is a tv that you will definitely want to purchase a warranty on, or buy it at your own risk!

Lg Electronics - Terrible LG Customer Service!!!

Brand new 65 inch LG TV and wish I had never heard of LG! Never have I had such a horrible experience with a company this large! They are ridiculous. They do NOT liaten to you they do NOT care you have a product of tgeirs that does not work!! They just wear you out calling every day to try and get results from your paid for warranty. I eill never ever never buy another tv as long as I live!!! Its been awful and I ended up getting no help and had to pay for someone to come fix the damn thing myself! LG should just shut down and stop making subpar to trash products. Do the world a favor and disappear!
