I sent in my mobile phone for times for the same repair. Had to send it back within a couple of days I receiving it back each time.

This last time was lied about time received over there I'm not getting updates when asked to speak to a supervisor was put on hold for over half an hour. After 2 weeks I call again customer service asking me what is wrong with the phone!? Tried calling CEO or president of company no one has any information. I've left messages where I can.

Hopefully someone will help me. Repair service is not updating information so customer service can't even give me any information. Am I getting the runaround? My phone is my work.

And it's becoming a real problem after 2 months of paying for phone service without a phone. Need it to get in touch with my clients and for my clients to get in touch with me.

Extremely upset. No info!!!
