Highend LG microwave not up to snuff. LG acted as if i was worthless as a client.

BBB contact ignored until contacted then denied @days later without reasonable consideration. They seem to not give a d#%n about my concerns. The BBB rep. in Huntsville Al.

seemed overly bias, going as far as not understanding the basis of the complaint. Model #LRM2060ST over defrosts food, even with proper weight and time as recommended by manual provided by LG. Contact of customer service office was met with a scripted response.

LG just acted childish about the issue. Is their a bias in Huntsville?

Monetary Loss: $150.
