Still waiting to hear from LG, it seems they do not care at all about customer service. As of this morning they are in trouble again because of a child getting into a front load washer.

Not good reports on LG products on the internet. They have not contacted me about my complaint.

They over the phone told me way back I would received the SAME range, they said the ONLY difference was the middle burner would be oval and not round (I did not care about that), I was happy I was to get the same range. RANGE IS NOT THE SAME AS I WAS INFORMED IT WOULD BE!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $609.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Horrible service.
