9/28 a technician was scheduled to repair my machine. He was to show between 8am-12pm.
He showed up nearly an hour late and didn't call until after 12pm to say he was late. He brought the wrong part and stated he would come Monday 10/2. He didn't show up, call or email. I called customer service and was met with more excuses and attitude from a supervisor Willie than an resolution.
I have a machine that's not fixed and wasted 2 days and a potential 3rd day will be wasted as well. Then on one of my calls they tried to use the tactic if I don't use them to repair my machine it voids my warranty, that I don't have.
